Tues & Thurs @ 5:30pm

1.  Practice will officially begin at 6:pm. Do your best to make it by 5:30 if you want to warm up and play touch, and we will get going by 6:00. Our conditioning makes us very competitive and with the extra 30 minutes we seem to waste, we will be spending that time doing team exercises. 
 
2.  Practices are going to remain fitness intense, but there will be some changes that will allow players to work for their starting position. 

Our goal is to have at least 2 full sides on Thursdays and have inter-squad scrimmages.

If a player steps up in the scrimmage, their time on the field on game day will improve. There are too many assumed positions and we need more players getting prepared to step up and play. Every week there are people that have injuries or other obligations so now, there will be plenty of opportunities for starting positions to change.
