As another winter ends, a new spring begins.  Like our predecessors before us, we held our annual rugby banquet on February 26. Our proud sponsors P.J. O’Keefe’s Ale House hosted the glorious event for a second year in a row. Beer was drunk and so was Kenny. The annual fall awards were presented. The MVP for the second year in a row was Scott Peterson. Back of the Year was presented to Shea Allen, for his tough play and great leadership. Forward of the Year was presented to Joe Walker for his leadership, versatility, and of course great speed.  David Butz was presented with the Rookie of the year award.  He showed the ability to smash defenders and run over opposing offenses.  President Dave Snyder presented the President award to Dave Toth, for his dedication to the club and playing such an important role in the formation and direction of the club. I would like to thank everyone that came out to support the team and raise money for the club. We are looking forward to a great spring season. Practices have started and are being held at the Fitness farm at 5:30. Pictures are below.

Here are the photos from the home game vs IU. There are only pictures of the A Side this time, but we hope to have pictures of both sides next game. There are doubles of pictures because I accidentally uploaded the JPEG and RAW format. Hopefully next time it will go smoother.
